All entries and fees ($100.00) must be received by July 23, 2007 (DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JULY 23, 2007). No entry fees will be returned or refunded and will become the property of the sponsors of the contest.

Entrants must be at least 16 years of age and entrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parental or guardian signature in addition to their own.

Official Rules

1. Entry form and payment ($100.00) must be received either by Postal mail (check or money order) or Electronic Mail (credit card) byJuly 23, 2007 (DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JULY 23, 2007)

2. Only one entry per group or soloist is allowed.

3. All contestants will be evaluated and judged by a panel of industry experts on the following items:

• Vocal Ability
• Vocal Harmony
• Song Selection
• Stage Appearance
• Stage Presentation.

4. The entrant's song is limited to no more than 5 minutes in length. Each song will be timed and songs longer than 5 minutes in length will be disqualified and no refund of entry fee will be given.

5. There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place winner in each the group and soloist division.

6. The 1st Place Winners will receive three (3) days of studio time with Square One Studios, Nashville, TN to be set up at a time convenient for both the winner, and Square One Studios. The winner will also receive one free photo shoot with Chris Wooten Photography.

7. The 2nd Place Winners will receive three (3) months of radio promotion. Details to be determined by the winner and the radio promoter. In addition, the winner will receive $200.00 off a photo shoot with Chris Wooten Photograhy.

8. The 3rd Place Winners will receive 10 CD Soundtracks. In addition the winner will receive a $100.00 of a photo shoot by Chris Wooten Photograhy.

9. Artists who are already serviced by a record label are ineligible to enter.

10. The acceptance of a prize indicates your agreement to hold harmless all sponsors, their employees, agents, representatives, officers, affiliates, parents, affiliated companies, and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims, losses, actions, liabilities, expenses and damages (including attorney's fees) incurred by or asserted against any sponsor at any time, caused by or resulting from in whole or part

• (a) any use of a prize by winner
• (b)any negligent or intentional act or omission of winners with respect to use of a prize and
• (c) any other activity by or at the request of a winner in connection with the contest.

11. Each entrant agrees to defend and hold harmless all sponsors, their employees, agents, representatives, officers, affiliates, parents, affiliated companies, and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims, losses,
actions, liabilities, expenses and damages (including attorney's fees) incurred by or asserted against any sponsor at any time, caused by or resulting from in whole or part entrant's participation in the contest including without limitations, third party claims relating to intellectual copyright infringement.

12. Winners will release sponsors and any of their agents as outlined in rules number 9 and number 10 from any claim or liability arising out of the contest, winner's use of or operations of prizes, liability to use a prize or any matter reasonably related to the contest. Winners waive any and all rights they may have at law to pursue claims for damages against or from any sponsors.

13. Winners release sponsors from any product liability claims, warranty claims, failure of performance claims, and or inability to use prizes.

14. Acceptance of prizes entitles sponsors to the use of winner's names and or likeness for purposes of publicity and advertisments without compensation.

15. No transfer or substitution of prizes will be permitted.
